Why this matters

Certified is the floor, not the ceiling.

A badge proves we sat through the material and passed the assessment. What it does not prove is production experience — that comes from the Claude agents we run on AWS Bedrock for clients, the MCP servers we ship, and the evals and guardrails around them. Read the certifications as a baseline: the vocabulary, the platform, the guardrails are all current. The judgment comes from twenty years of shipping.
